This company robbed me of my money and refuses to be held accountable. **************** hangs up on me when I politely ask for assistance. They have acknowledged that I did not receive e the text therefore acknowledging that I was never notified. I do not receive texts from this company. I said ** one informed me of this change and she said they texted customers about it.

I asked when I would be charged the next installment and she said I was charged $59 on April 9, 2023. I walked into the establishment on Friday Apwhere the associate told me my price was going to be $59 a month now.

I held the package and paid in full monthly for many years. Zoomtan and I agreed that I would be charged $19.99 for an unlimited tanning package. I am now asking for a refund for the entire month since I was refused service and also a detailed explanation from the owner of the establishment. I was told that Zoom Tan DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY paperwork or A SERVICE VEST for any service animal! Which I now also have saved as proof of Zoom Tans actual policy. I went to the parking lot and immediately went on the Zoom Tan website and started a chat with an agent where I asked about the service animal policy at zoom tan. After all that it was about 20 minutes of back and forth total, I left the establishment. I told them that refusing service because of a service animal was discriminatory and that I would be cancelling my membership. I pay ***** a month for a membership there and in exchange they are committed to letting me use their facility once every 24hours. I was then told I needed papers and documentation to be turned into the business ahead of time in order to use their services there and that I could not go tanning there that day. I said ok and went and got the dogs vest out of the car and went back in. While on the phone with a manager ( Im assuming she was a manager but not sure bc she refused to give her name or title out), ****** relayed the message that I needed to have a vest on the dog and that then I could go tanning that day. I told her that I have come in to the same store multiple times and never had an issue. I was told by an employee named ****** that she had to make a call to see if I was allowed to bring a service animal in with me. I had a small 6lb service dog in a carry bag over my shoulder.
